Overview

National Processing is a merchant services provider based out of Utah. Founded in 2007, the company boasts 8,000 plus US based clients and over 28 product categories. It might not be considered one of the industry’s giants; it certainly has what to offer especially to businesses which have medium to high volume of transactions, in the neighborhood of $10,000 per month and more. For smaller merchants, the attractive interchange plus option, coupled with a nominal 10 dollar a month fee can provide a considerable savings.  National Processing also accepts high risk merchants.

Final Word

National Processing might not provide the bells and whistles as some of the larger merchant service providers but they do have quite a bit to offer businesses of all sizes. Perhaps their greatest asset is their simple and transparent pricing plans which make it easy for owners to decide if it’s a good option for them. Smaller operations will only need to pay the ten dollars a month and the interchange rate. Larger enterprises pay a higher monthly fee but no percentage markup. That’s a hard deal to beat from the financial point of view. Top that off with a solid, basic package of services and a very responsive customer service department, National Processing is certainly worth looking in to.
